 We are a female and minority owned company, with a rapidly growing portfolio. Our owner has over 19+ years' experience in operations management, logistics, b2b relations, customer service and corporate training.

During our 3 years in the NEMT industry, we have a proven track record of efficient, reliable and world class service. We currently service the following counties/cities: Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Danville, Galax, Henrico, Arlington, Charlottesville, Greenville, Williamsburg, Nottoway, Richmond and all towns within a 50+ mile radius of the above. Our rides range from 10 miles to 1500+ miles. 

JNSTLC LLC. specializes in offering safe, convenient, reliable, and comfortable transportation, for individuals requiring non-emergency medical trips. We have a fleet of well-maintained vehicles, trained and experienced drivers, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Our NEMT services go above and beyond your standard provider and are curtailed to your business needs. For example: We offer patient assistance services for our members, that may need support or a voice while in their appointments. We also provide companion services for members that may need transportation for errands or just in need of a free day outside of the facility.
